Shipping Policy

UK delivery

• Standard (3–5 business days): free on all orders.
• Express (next business day if ordered before 12:00 GMT): available at checkout.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

International delivery

• We ship to most European countries and selected international destinations.
• International delivery times are 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
• Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Subscription shipments

Mystery XI subscription boxes ship in the first week of each cycle. You will receive a tracking email when your box is dispatched. If your address changes, update it in your account before the dispatch date of your next cycle.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. You can also view live shipment status in your account under Order History once a tracking number is assigned.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us via the /contact page with your order number. We will raise an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
